Alan Brown became the first national certified green builder in the entire state of Ohio in 2008 and just a year later won the 2009 runner up to the best green built home in America. Along with being at the forefront of Green Technologies, he has been recognized for countless Cleveland Choice awards including best home of the year, best kitchen, bath and overall renovation, best exterior design and many others.
Building a home is not just a project with Alan, but a detailed process designed to give you the experience you want and deserve. One of the reasons he left Premier Custom Homes, a large residential building company that he built and ran for many years, was that he wanted to focus on a select number of clients. Alan believes his success comes from working closely with clients to realize their unique and individual vision for their homes.
