Builder Overview: Our company has been family owned and operated since 1947 – three generations, but our family heritage in the area dates to Colonial times. Our new homes have old-fashioned craftsmanship and care mixed with modern luxuries and designs individually crafted for each homeowner.
Both a land developer and a new home builder, we take pride in creating communities and homes in locations that we would love to live in ourselves (and actually do!). We love living in Fredericksburg. It’s wonderful to be able to get out and enjoy the civil war history of the area while also being able to come home to a quiet neighborhood that’s peaceful and serene. We’re big fans of the natural environment and work hard to preserve the gorgeous trees on our home sites and throughout our communities.
