Builder Overview: Steve Dailey has been in the home building industry since 1979, beginning as a brick contractor then obtained his general contractors license in 1986. He has since built a reputation in his hometown of Salt Lake City, for building only the finest quality custom homes. Being a hands on builder, nine out of ten times you will find Steve on the job site working with subcontractors or answering homeowners questions.
Uniquely, we do all of our own finish work in each one of our homes. This and our superior customer service are what our reputation is built upon. Honesty, integrity, attention to detail, and adherence to promised timelines are always among our top priorities. We take pride in knowing we have built the home of our buyers’ dreams.
